Ylva had seen the girl agent make her move, jumping up onto the poles. It was a good strategy, and she had to admit the girl was agile, but she hadn’t been too careful about not letting anyone see her. Ylva turned in Griffin’s direction, seeming to carelessly check her manicured nails, but she was really getting ready for when the SSAWPS girl made her move. She was waiting.

Firoxa let go with her feet and began swinging towards the two agents. They were perfectly aligned, which would give her a chance to hit two birds with one stone. But as she began to swing, the girl agent pushed the boy out of the way and stepped to the side. Firoxa didn’t have enough time to retaliate, and the girl agent followed her motions for a bit, grabbing her legs and yanking with Firoxa’s own motion. Firoxa slipped off the pole with her hands and fell hard to the ground. The wind was knocked out of her, and the girl ASW agent dropped her.
“How did you know—” the boy agent started, but the girl agent shushed him.
Firoxa rolled onto her side as she heard the girl agent say, “There are more of them coming.”

Sean stared hard at the little blinking red light on his screen and shouted, “James! Turn the cameras online for Sector 3, Floor 1.” James pushed a bunch of buttons on his keyboard, and an image popped up on the main screen. The video showed two agents, Griffin and Ylva being attacked by a half a dozen fighters. Sean peered even harder at the screen to see the logos on their white suits. “SSAWPS,” he whispered, then turned on the intercom. “Attention! Attention all agents! This is not a drill! We are being attacked! All available agents head to Sector 3, Floor 1! This is not a drill! I repeat, this is not a drill!” He wheeled around in his chair. “Rachel! Call in Agent Janaya!”
“Right!” Rachel answered, and got started.
Sean turned back to the main system. “The attack has begun.”

Tyler knew that Sarah was a black belt, but he didn't know how good that would make her at fighting. He took out a Taser and started to aim at the people shouting and running in their direction. He shot a person, who fell down to the ground in pain and made the person behind them trip over them. Sarah knocked the person on the ground out and started to fight the people who were fast runners. Tyler kept shooting, then resolved to throwing flash grenades and fighting with his fists. Sarah gave the signal to refrain from killing. Tyler took out his bow and specialized arrows. The Arrows had a blunt head with a small device on it that, when it hit something, gave off an electric shock. He started to shoot at the people coming, and one by one they collapsed onto the floor. How many of them were there? Tyler found another flash and threw it to the back of the group, then started to shoot arrows again. Sarah soon had a pile of unconscious agents around her.
Then, the people began to retreat for some reason. Tyler's fear rose as he saw who he and Sarah had to fight.

Janaya arrived on the scene and began fighting like a madwoman. Griffin couldn't believe how well their weapons were used in her hands. And her beauty. Those curls and her maniac laugh: it was just so attractive to him.
Griffin slapped himself. He had to concentrate. The women kept getting back up after they were taken down, and there seemsed to be at least a dozen or more of them; it was like they would never stop. Finally, Griffin grabbed a random weapon out of his satchel. It was untested and he had no idea what it was, but he didn’t have any other choice. He shot it down the hall and heard a big BOOM!

"OK, how long is this tunnel?" Imraan asked, peering into the darkness.
"And how old?" Kalyia added, brushing away a spider web.
Laura paid no heed to them as she walked down the tunnel.
"Where are we going?" Imraan asked again.
"I told you, I'm going to see some old friends. It's going to take a while though." Laura finally said again. It was the same answer that she had given them for the past hour to all of their questions concerning the tunnel. Kalyia was beginning to get tired. Her legs were numb. Imraan looked like he would faint any second though. She felt really sorry for him.
"Look, you'll get some more training, and it'll be safer there. It's not a very well-known group, compared to other European groups."
"Group? What kind of group?" Kalyia asked.
"That is what I'm going to leave you to find out, miss detective." Laura replied.
They said nothing for the rest of the journey through the tunnel.

Tyler guessed he couldn’t really say who he had to fight. More like what. The man was huge, at least seven feet tall. He had a perfect body, too perfect. The hair was a dark brown, full and healthy which signified that the man must be somewhere around his early thirties. Surprisingly, his face wasn’t broadened like someone would expect a man of his size to be. The face was strong with a square jaw and decently prominent cheek bones. He had a spectacular nose—not too thick, not too thin—that came down to a powerful point. Everything was symmetrical. The eyebrows lifted authoritatively, then gently curved downward, complementing the eyes.
That was what surprised Tyler the most: the eyes. They were unnatural, unblinking, without any sense of emotion. They were strangely blue, without any marks, shades, variations, or other colors. Straight blue irises encircling a black pupil. Unblinking. Unfeeling. Blank.
They bothered Tyler. It was almost like the man could see into his soul, yet at the same time was blind. Like he couldn’t feel anything, yet somehow knew. It walked up to them, but the gait was unnatural. It was overbearing because the man was so tall, but it was sporadic. Irregular. Robotic. As the opponent drew nearer, Tyler almost knew they wouldn’t be fighting a man.
They would be fighting a robot.
